Buy Trade Phones agree to refund certain items provided the following has been applied:
- The customer can show a genuine valid proof of receipt
- The goods are returned within 7 days of purchase
- All packaging in returned in good order
- A handling charge of 15% for returning the goods is agreed and accepted with the customer
- Funds are returned exactly as they were purchased no cash given
